The Children´s Museum is designed for kids, is an ideal place to learn about art, science and technology. Through teaching activities children are guided through the 25 modules of the museum.

The Children´s Museum, people who are friends rather than guides host activities. The exhibitions aim to use interaction and the diversity of themes, encourage an instructive and recreational approach to science, technology, and culture. The Museum stands on the southeastern comer of Parque del Salitre, with 5 areas and 25 modules. Atourround each of the main areas takes about 3 hours and includes 5 modules and some murals joining together art, science and technology. In the Yellow Area, the solar energy, greenhouse, energy saving, a TV set, and the sensory tunnel can be visited. The Blue Area offers exhibitions of the inventions of Leonardo Da Vinci, and subjects such as mechanical physics, informa tics, dinosaurs, and the cosmos. The Red Area displays exhibitions on oil, nutrition, the egg, optical physics and the environment. Coal, cars, road safety, dental hygiene and the city are in the Green Area. In the children area, a sensory tunnel, a mini-gym, nutrition, the city, manual skills workshop and the Uncle Roily Cabin.

Additional to the 5 area tour the visit to murals and an airplane, the educational program provided by the Children’s Museum offers children’s workshops, parent and children workshops, a preliminary teacher visit and workshop, thematic tour Club House, Science, Art and Technology days. Amusing holiday seasons, lectures, exhibitions, cultural weeks and recreational activities. There are also two theaters available to schools and business meetings, a souvenir shop with games and scientific experiments.
