The floor of the Plazoleta de la Caleñidad Jairo Varela is of concrete in ocher and gray, with a diversity of textures, dominate the space, its design makes tribute to the seven rivers of Cali, shaped in strips of colored glass, stones of river , Pebbles and plastic wood slats, which through translucent cracks give natural lighting to basements.
