The butterfly park is named after the indigenous Andoke tribe of the Amazon, which is in the process of extinction.

Andoke Butterfly (Mariposario Andoke) is a periurban proposal of education and environmental experience. Just 20 minutes from the center of the city of Cali, in its first mountains to the west, Fundacion Andoke represents an unusual, attractive and educational experience for visitors.

They have a Butterfly of 300 mts2 with more than 15 species of butterflies native to Colombia. During the tour of the Butterfly, the metamorphosis of the butterflies, the collection of their eggs, the feeding of their larvae, and the capullito (pupa) can be carried out so that, from the homes or schools, the children, young people or Adults to witness their birth and then release it, asking for a wish.
