Built in a French neoclassical style, the Jorge Isaacs Theater is known for its elegant facade with garlands and chapiters bearing the Cali coat of arms on top and the image of Jorge Isaacs, author of the novel “María”, embodied in a frieze. The inside features a ground floor and three balconies of seats laid out in a horseshoe pattern, and is suitable for large stage performances.
