The Oceanario Islas del Rosario is a conservation center, home to more than 1,400 animals of 140 marine species of the Colombian Caribbean, which offers unforgettable experiences to its visitors and education on the importance and care of marine flora and fauna. How to get to the Oceanario
To get to the Oceanarium, the easiest way is to go to La Bodeguita dock in Cartagena and take a day tour of the Rosario Islands. Most of these tours visit the Oceanario for an hour, allowing time to enjoy the entire guided tour.
The boats leave every day between 8:30 a.m. and 9:45 a.m.
The trip from Cartagena to the Oceanario takes about an hour of pleasant travel through the waters of the Colombian Caribbean Sea. Once on San Martín de Pajarales Island, where the Oceanario is located, you can buy tickets directly at the box office or with the guides of the boats.
