Built in the style of 18th and 19th century European opera houses, the Teatro Heredia officially known as Teatro Adolfo Mejia was built in a horseshoe shape, with boxes and balconies divided by cedar lace-like lattices.
, is the most representative and important auditorium of the city, being the place where hundreds of artist have performed and left their cultural legacy.The theater has 3 levels, marble stairs, a baccarat crystal chandelier and a surrealist curtain created by the master Enrique Grau.
