Also visit the museo de la Salmuera (Salt Museum), where you’ll learn about the timeline of the building in the visitor education halls, But that’s just the start of what’s on offer to visitors! Take a guided tour to see the mining route, try the climbing wall and enjoy green open spaces in the Parque Temático de la Sal (Salt Theme Park).

Zipaquira is a little city 49 Km from Bogota, where is located the World´s biggest Salt cathedral; it is a former salt mine that has been converted in a salt church by local and Colombian engineers. It presents a perfect symbology between the man work and the beautiful forms created by God and nature.
