Suesca (2600 m.s.n.m): A place not to be missed lovers of adventure sports and nature, it is Suesca, epicenter of national and international climbers, which is located just 63 km from Bogota in southwest-northwest and with a climate that ranges from 20 to 25 oC, during the day and o oC in the early morning.

Suesca has several tourist attractions in addition to the famous Rocks, among them is: The Valley of the Hawks, slow fire, monoliths, caves and trails that connect with other tourist centers like Nemocon, Sutatausa and Choconta.

It is possible the practice of several sports, such as trekking, mountain bike and climbing, for which there are professional schools and specialist companies in the rental ofthe equipment, instruction and guidance. The area has many restaurants, hostels, hotels, cabins, camping areas, and parking.

The rocks of Suesca: These ancient rocks have a length of 3.5 km and a height that ranges between 10 to 12 mts starting until 125 mts in the area known as LP. Currently there are over 400 routes. To arrive to suesca is taken the road that leads from Bogota to Tunja, and in the place known as La Playa by the bridge that crosses the highway toward the west, 6 km later you will find the entrance to the rocks. It can be accessed by buses which depart from the northern portal, every 30 minutes, from 5:25 am until 11:00 pm.

It is also possible to take the routes that lead to municipalities as Sesquile, Choconta, Villa Pinzon, Macheta, get off at the place known as La Playa. The buses runs every 10 minutes and get off at the entrance to the rocks. If you are coming by car it is necessary to parkn at the parkinglots located at the entrance.

Only 40 minutes of Puente del Comun, there is a magical place in the middle of the Acacias forest called Mitanni, the ideal place to enjoy in couple, in family or with friends of the beautiful landscape and activities in the nature that offers the zone. Mitanni relies on rustic and comfortable cabins that offer a romantic and intimate environment, with petals and candles that complement with a special dinner near the chimney. Also there is a suite with a spectacular sight to the forest.
