The Malecon is located in the Colombian city of Cúcuta, on Libertadores Avenue on the banks of the Pamplonita River. It is a recreation area where people can find restaurants, sports sites (such as a skateboard), among other things.
Every Sunday and holidays from 6:00 p.m. to 13:00 p.m., motorized vehicles are restricted throughout Av.
