Perhaps it’s the chilly weather that keeps residents buttoned up to the nines or the influence of transplants that makes Bogotá oh-so stylish. Whatever the reason, one thing is true: you’ll be hard-pressed to find a higher concentration of quality shopping elsewhere in Latin America. Here’s a guide to some of the top shopping spots in Colombia’s capital city.

You can find almost anything, at different prices and qualities, in various zones and malls located in the Northern part of the city, such as Unicentro, Hacienda Santa Barbara, Boulevard Niza, Centro Andino, Atlantis Plaza, Avenida Chile, Metropolis, Iserra 100, Centro 93, Cedritos, Centro Suba, Paseo Real, and Paseo San Rafael.

In the WEST you can visit the El Salitre Super Mall, Plaza de las Américas, Portal of Calle 80 and the West Unicentro.

In the North the largest mall in Colombia is located very near the “North Portal” of the Transmilenio: the Santafé Mall, which offers every thing the citizens may need as far as supplies or recreation, it is subdivided into several areas, whose denominations correspond to some republics.

Through the center of the road to the airport, you find La gran Estación Mall.
